Details of measuring your pet is included in our shop. Once you have
measured your pet we will gladly give advice based on the measurements.
In the
case of sizing errors you will be charged with both the return cost
& a further carriage charge for replacing the product.
Payment:
We accept payment by Paypal, UK Postal Order and UK personal cheque. Non uk buyers must pay by Paypal.
All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT. A vat invoice can be supplied if requested.
All items purchased must be paid within a seven day period from time of purchase. Post and Packing /Shipping and Handling:
All items are dispatched within 48 hrs (usually 24 hrs) of payment being made unless otherwise notified.
We use Royal Mail 1st class mailing service for U.K deliveries. Airmail Small packets for non Uk deliveries.
We do not
post on Weekends or Bank holidays. International orders are generally
received in under 7-21 days, but please allow up to 36 days for
delivery.
Returns:
If
you are not 100% satisfied with your item, you may return the item to
me BUT it must be returned to us within 7 days of auction
close/purchase for a refund.
P&P charges are non-refundable.
Items must be returned unused with all original packaging intact within 7 days (Uk) 14 days (Non Uk).
You must contact us prior to returning the item.
